Yes. Refunds are considered within 14 days of purchase, provided the service does not meet the agreed standards.

What if I change my mind after purchase?

If you cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period, we’ll refund your payment.
However, we may deduct the cost of any service already provided (e.g., engineer call-out or repairs), but never more than the total price of the plan.
